Since then upgraded to windows 8. Still cannot install the software. I just did this. It was easier and faster to fix the problem I was having on over 90 computers where I work.
If non of the options you have tried worked, like what happened to me, all i did was go to my C drive and then to the users folder then to public and inside the public folder make a new folder and call it Documnets.

After finally managing to reinstall Windows 7, I keep getting error when I attempt to download Driver Support to fix all of my drivers for my hardware. Can't understand how to fix this error. What problems are you having that you need drivers?
No problems per se, but I was just wanting to ensure that my drivers would be all up todate. It's letting me download other things still, like steam and StarTrek online. I just can't understand why that one specific program keeps geting that error. So, as I've now, I'm not sure if I do need to attemp to fix it or not since other things seem to be working properly at the moment.
Hi You might give this a try. I'm not sure why you're getting the error. I use Slim Drivers just as a reference to see if there are up dated drivers for my PC but, my advise is if it ain't broke don't fix it!!
